In our 2nd year, we have been awarded our 2nd City of Milwaukee Community Improvement Project grant. Last year we received a check from the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $3725 after we completed the proposed projects. These include the building of 2400 square feet of raised beds and a ADA compliant raised bed.
This year’s grant application is for funding to build a tool shed, 900 more square feet of raised beds and a drip irrigation system. The grant was approved on April 28, 2022.
