Mulberry Hill will be open for volunteers to help at the garden at the the following times:
Mondays 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursdays 11:00 to 1:00 and Saturdays 10:00 to 12:00.
Some garden managers will work at other times, but the garden will be closed for volunteers. After working for at least an hour volunteers can take the vegetables that are ready for picking. They can have up to and between five and ten lbs. of produce.
It is also closed for picking other than these times. The produce is not free.
We are moving to this model because in the past we have had issues with people taking produce without volunteering. We also want to weigh all produce grown so we can know yields of different crops and make comparisons to other years.
We will put up signs of when the garden is open and closed.
